ASEZ WAO group visit

ASEZ WAO group visited the department of economics and development studies and met Chairman prof martin oleche , Prof. Damian Kulundu Manda and Senior Administrative Assistant, Ms. Lilian Jeptoo. we had the opportunity to discuss the possibility of establishing an MOU for sustainable and ongoing collaboration between ASEZ WAO and the University of Nairobi based on his favorable evaluation of our efforts.

The team’s presentation was about the organization being able to provide community sustainable development goals through volunteer work globally among young adults. Among the projects they do is mother’s forests and GP- GP projects which involves planting of trees, mangroves, greening, advocating and campaigning, partnerships and collaborations. The aim of the projects is raising awareness and providing initiatives that make the earth a better place to live in. The ASEZ WAO called call is to have a collaboration and partnership with the university to be able to achieve their goals by volunteering, support, sharing, training through seminars and undertaking several campaigns among the University community

The team were happy having had a fruitful meeting and wished to come back for further discussion on sustainable cooperation between ASEZ WAO and the University of Nairobi.
